YB COMMUNICATION carries the vision of its founder, Yacine Bachiri

who has always led his projects through passion for his profession.

 

A true story marked by a youthful dream and an ambition:

enabling brands and entrepreneurs to give more meaning to the world by breaking the codes.

Our story.

Chapter I

Love at first sight.

Once upon a time, there was a young man with a passion for travel...

Yacine discovered the world of luxury hospitality during a discovery internship within the Accor group. A first step in the deep end alongside the French hotel giant, this first experience was enough to make the 16-year-old boy dream...

 

Yacine did not stop there and decided to learn more about the different services of luxury industry : Reception, Catering and even Customer Relations, Yacine's interest was very quickly noticed by the tourism giant Accor who offered him unique training opportunities.

Chapter II

Learning.

After having experienced the operational services of the hotel industry, Yacine decided to train in management.

It is at the international school of luxury tourism management Vatel that Yacine will learn the essentials of the management of luxury hospitality : Finance, Human Resources, Marketing and even Business Law, Yacine wishes to build solid knowledge before embarking on the decisive stage of his career...

Chapter III

The big bath.

After a final experience at Accor as Event Manager, Yacine received the opportunity that would be a decisive turning point in his career...the Marriott International group!

 

It was on a Friday, September 17th that Yacine received a call from Bérangère, Sales & Marketing Director of an hotel in the group, who wanted to welcome him into her Marketing and Communication team. There, he would lead projects that attracted the group's attention and led him to be contacted by the European regional management to take over the lead of the Marketing strategy of a luxury hotel, the group's luxury parisian flagship, at only 20 years old !

 

Yacine then became Marketing Manager of a famous palace and led successful collaborations, prestigious events and strategic projects until he decided to launch the project of a lifetime.

 

Fun fact: Yacine had initially declined the Marriott group's training offer after having already been recruited by the Accor group, then he called Bérangère back to accept... a risk that was greatly appreciated by the woman who would become his mentor!

Chapter IV

The dream.

After much thought, Yacine decided to use his experience and relationships built up over the years to launch an agency that would support brands in building high-visibility projects with the aim of delivering their message by giving more meanings to the world.

 

This is when the YB COMMUNICATION agency was born from a collaboration of experienced professionals in the field of strategy, events, influence and the creation of immersive and innovative projects: Accor, Marriott International, French TV chanels, Sephora and L'Oréal...names that Yacine knows very well.

Chapter V

The renaissance.

It's been almost a year since the YB COMMUNICATION agency was born and Yacine has not lost his ambitious character !

He realized that it wasn't just the big brands that had great stories to tell...

Yacine now supports also future entrepreneurs in launching or relaunching their businesses by adopting strategic advice that he has applied for 6 years.
